But what about the moments that are uncomfortable, inconvenient, or not what we planned?
What if the pain in my knee isn’t a setback…
but a reminder to slow down and rest?
What if feeling tired doesn’t mean “push harder”…
but “do less”?
What if the challenges we face aren’t obstacles…
but invitations to pause, shift, and listen?
Gratitude isn’t just for the easy moments. It’s also for the ones that stretch us, redirect us, or teach us something we didn’t expect.
This deeper kind of gratitude is what I want us to explore together.
