Have you already set goals for the year?
Any chance they look almost exactly like last year’s goals?
That used to be me.
Every January I’d start strong with goals and resolutions.
And then, somewhere around March, I’d realize I was in the same place.
Not because I was lazy.
Not because I lacked discipline.
But because I started in the wrong place.
Goals aren’t where change starts.
Change starts with vision.
Once I learned to understand and visualize my dreams, change followed.

Sukkot has always been one of my favorite holidays.
Some of you know that I host monthly women’s circles, and during Sukkot, I get the beautiful chance to hold it inside the sukkah.

A sukkah is a temporary, imperfect shelter. It’s not meant to be perfect, it’s meant to be real. It’s a reminder of simplicity, connection, and gratitude, and of how little we need to feel supported and connected.

Our women’s circle is a space where we can simply be and feel connected. Sitting together in the sukkah makes that feeling even deeper.

I Love teaching yoga. It magical and powerful to see students getting into deeper connection and presence.

My last teaching vacation at with was such a gift. The biggest compliment was seeing students come back several times a day, even with so many fun things to do at the resort and around Cancun. And when a tropical storm came in, practicing yoga by wind and rain made it even more special. 🙏

Grateful for being able to combine travel, teaching, and connection, and for another reminder of why I love what I do.

Time is moving so steadily and so quickly that I can barely keep up!
It’s that time of year again!
We’re planning our 2026 trips and retreats, and I could really use your help.
For the past six years, I’ve led hiking trips and wellness retreats across California, Utah, Arizona, and beyond.
We already have some incredible itineraries that are worth repeating, but I always want to make sure to create the best experiences for our community.

Each Rosh HaShana we repeat the blessing: “Let us be the head and not the tail.”

For me, this blessing is about the way we live our lives. We all have two choices: to live intentionally (to be the head) or to live by default (to be the tail).

Living intentionally means choosing where to place our focus and energy, and deciding what we want to create in this world.

Living by default means constantly responding to other people’s intentions, moving on autopilot, living in reaction rather than creation.
