This year, we’re spreading holiday cheer by adopting a special family: a mom and her four young children (3 boys ages 8, 3, and 8 months, and a 7-year-old girl). 💕

Here’s how you can help:
🎁 Pick a gift tag from the Christmas tree in our Rancho Bernardo clinic.
🎁 Purchase the item and return it UNWRAPPED to Asis Physical Therapy by December 12th.

💵 Can’t shop? No problem! A donation box is available at the front desk. All funds will go toward purchasing remaining wishlist items, necessities, and grocery gift cards.

📦 We’re also collecting non-perishable food donations at our Pacific Beach and Scripps Rancho-Poway clinics. Drop off your contributions by December 12th to support local families in need.
