CANCER FREE!! 🙏🏻

We got the beautiful news Jacob remains cancer free. His scans showed no signs of disease or relapse.

There are no words to express how grateful we are for him and his health🤍 he is a true miracle; God is so good 🙏🏻

Hi 🤍

Our little warrior is now in the OR getting his MRI done. Like the trooper he is he remained calm, enjoying running around and being cute 🥰

For the first time, he decided to sit on the bed and get his gas anesthesia like a big boy. I won’t lie it hurts. It hurts that my baby had to learn how to do that, it hurts because no kid should do these kind of “big boy” things 💔 but it shows how strong, resilient and smart he is. He is my joy and pride 🤍

Results will take some time to be ready, however we will keep you updated on when Jacob wakes up from anesthesia.

Nuestro pequeño guerrero está en el quirófano en su resonancia. Como todo un guerrero se mantuvo calmado, disfrutando correr por los pasillos y siendo un hermoso 🥰

Por primera vez, él decidió sentarse en la cama y recibir su anestesia en gas como todo un niño grande. No voy a mentir, duele. Duele que mi bebé tuviera que aprender a hacer eso, duele porque ningún niño debería aprender a hacer estas cosas de “niño grande” 💔 pero demuestra lo fuerte, resiliente e inteligente que él es. Él es mi orgullo y alegría 🤍

Los resultados tardarán algunos días en estar listos, pero les mantendremos al tanto de cuando Jacob despierte de la anestesia.

Hello everyone 🤍

It’s been quite some time since our last post 🙏🏻

It is that time again, Jacob has been scheduled for this year’s last MRI 🥺 and as you may know, scans always bring a lot of anxiety with them.

Jacob saw his pediatrician at the beginning of October; she cleared him for anesthesia. Now it’s only a matter of waiting for the date. The MRI has been scheduled for October 22nd, and we would kindly appreciate you praying for our sweet boy and for clear scans 🤍🙏🏻

Jacob will also have a hearing test on November to make sure he hasn’t lost his hearing 🥹

Please keep praying for Jacob 🩵

Ha pasado algún tiempo desde nuestro último post 🙏🏻

Es ese tiempo de nuevo, ya han programado a Jacob para su última resonancia de este año 🥺 y como ya saben las resonancias siempre nos traen mucha ansiedad.

Jacob vio a su pediatra a principios del mes quien ya lo liberó para anestesia. Ahora solo hace falta esperar a que llegue el día. La resonancia fue programada para el 22 de octubre, y apreciaríamos muchísimo que mantengan a nuestro dulce niño en sus oraciones y que pidan por resultados libres de enfermedad 🤍🙏🏻

Jacob también tendrá que recibir un estudio de audición solo para asegurarnos de que no esté perdiendo la audición 🥹

Por favor sigan orando por Jacob 🩵

Today was Jacob’s first day of preschool 🤍
He definitely enjoyed meeting his new teachers and little friends.

I pray school is gentle and good to my sweet boy 🩵 🙏🏻

In honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the Bonita Museum and Cultural Center dedicated a special exhibit to raise awareness of childhood cancer, displaying beautiful paintings and art from the HemOnc patients at .Jacob painting is being displayed and he was so proud to see his art there 💛✨ such a special moment.🎗️
