Today started out rough, like REAL rough, and I just couldn’t summon the strength to face the day I had planned. So, I made a change. I did what I needed to do to take care of myself without apologies. I cried, ate, slept. The day got better. Then this photo of me from Halloween popped up in my feed: me in my element, prancing free. It reminded me that I’m awesome no matter what happens and I love me! And guess what?? I love YOU too! 💜🦄💜
