✨ I am ready!

💖 I’ve spent this past week in Yelapa slowly landing, and reconnecting with this place that I love so much. Getting ready for my upcoming retreat has been so much fun! Some of my favorite things this week have been:
🌊 Waking up in my hanging bed with the sunrise and ocean waves crashing below
🌴Afternoon hike to the waterfall with a dip in the whirlpool.
🌞 Soaking up the sun on the beach
🧘🏻‍♀️Practicing at
🌺 Hugging old friends (and meeting new ones along the way)
🎉 And now… tomorrow, I get to share it all with a fantastic bunch of humans!
✨ 8 of us are meeting at the Los Mu***os Pier in Puerto Vallarta where the the adventure begins!
🌿 We’ll boat over to Yalapa and settle into our home for the week at . We are in for something special! This place is gorgeous!
🙏 I feel so grateful to be able to hold this space and I’m so excited for what’s about to unfold. Yalapa here we come!

🍅 Last October, I brought home a tomato from a music gathering . It was a little gift from a friend of my friend .
❤️It was a special tomato

🌱 I took it home and saved the seeds. As they sprouted, I planted them… and then I tended to them.

Watered them.
Turned them toward the sun.
Protected them from the storms.
Trimmed what needed to fall away.
Stayed consistent, even when growth was slow… or unseen.

💖 And somehow… through the winter… they grew.

✨ Today, I got to sit down and eat the most delicious tomato and avocado sandwich on sourdough. It was something that started as a single moment, now layered into something so full and satisfying.

🤔As I pondered the tomato and it’s journey, it hit me. This story is exactly like creating creating our upcoming !!!

A year ago, I set the dates.
Planted the seed.
Held the vision.
Kept showing up, piece by piece.

🎉And now… it’s all coming together.
All the layers of the most beautiful experience.

🌸 Happy Spring Equinox! A moment of balance between light and dark, sun and moon. What are you welcoming this season?

💖 Standing at the edge of the ocean, watching the sun melt into the horizon. I’m reminded that life is always inviting us into a new season.

🌱 Spring doesn’t ask us to rush, it asks us to open. To trust what’s beginning to bloom, even if we can’t fully see it yet.

🤗 I’m also planning on taking the 10:30 Wall Yoga class after I teach at 10:30. If you haven’t tried it yet, it’s quite lovely and really helps you get a deep stretch. Come practice with me 💕💕💕
☀️ Happy to be back in San Diego after a heartwarming trip home to Seattle. It was just the recharge that I needed and I miss my Seattle friends already!
🔥 Being back in the studio rekindled my love for Traditional Hot Yoga aka The 26&2 aka The Bikram Series. Its gone by many names but the postures are the same and let me tell you, it’s a doozy!
✨This was my gateway drug into yoga and it truly changed my entire life. It sent me down a rabbit hole that I am grateful to have fallen in! I intend to go deeper.
💪 I’m looking forward to sharing this series with my San Diego community. It’s an intense practice but the discipline and strength I found in myself through it was pure magic. I’d go so far as to say that it saved my life. I’ll be leading a workshop on the 90 minute 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises on February 15th at 1:30p

✨ Happy to visit Seattle for the first time since I left during the pandemic. So grateful to be home, reconnecting with friends, and teaching again at the . This is the studio where I took my very first yoga class and taught for many years. So looking forward to practice again with my community!
