Our goal is to restore function in our patients' daily activities by improving mobility, stability and strength. In an effort to individualize each session to our patients and their needs, SDPT provides one-to-one patient care and uses Applied Functional Science, which incor

porates environmental, biological and psychological factors to improve overall quality of life. Each treatment session consists of therapeutic activities designed to mimic daily activities, sports or other activities the patient wishes to return to. In addition to providing rehabilitative services, SDPT also focuses on prevention and wellness to help our patients avoid future injury.
