Baked Chicken Milanese is a classic dish made with breaded chicken cutlets, arugula, tomatoes and balsamic. It's absolutely delicious and an east-coast staple. We made a healthier version using Italian Nut Crumbs and fresh grated parmesan cheese that came out perfecto!

This Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe is so fantastic, it needs to be added to your weeknight menu stat!

It’s surprisingly easy to make and makes you feel super fancy while simultaneously giving you a cozy comfort food hug.

We drizzled it with this insane Dijon Cream Sauce using Dijon mustard 😋
