NEW MOON IN CANCER ♋️: MAINTAINING COMPASSION

The NEW MOON occurs on Tuesday, June 28th, 2022, at 10:52 PM EDT (4:52 pm SAST) in the Cardinal Water sign, Cancer.

The New Moon in Cancer is a good time to commit to personal goals that express the positive energies of the sign of the Crab. Trauma can sometimes create a feeling of disconnect from ourselves and our bodies but when practicing yoga, we start to reconnect to the present moment and to our bodies through the breath which helps us to not think about the past and what could happen in the future but keeps us right in the present moment.

U can heal and be happy at the same time …. Something I’m trying to remind myself of everyday and doing my best not to fight it😅. Allowing yourself to be happy or feel happiness after years of not is hard and I talked about that on this weeks in my classes in Oceanside location. Really hope it helped someone else too.

🥚EGG CLEANSING🥚

Spiritual egg cleansing is an effective ritual that gets rid of negative energy from the body and the environment. Whenever you feel like there is bad energy surrounding you, just do an egg cleansing to know what is wrong. * 1 white candle
* 1 glass of water (room temperature)

-Light the candle

LOOK THROUGH THE GLASS, NOT DOWN INTO IT, you can reabsorb the bad energies you just cleansed and would have to repeat it again!

* If the water smells bad or you can see blood, this is a work of evil operating signal.
