Because of gravity, we have a lot of stale blood pooled up in the bottom of our legs. Overtime this creates pain & swelling, varicose veins, and blood clots!

Compression gets the blood moving properly and increases circulation. It also gets the lymph fluid moving. When lymph fluid is lodged in places, it’s not filtering out disease as effectively.
