I has forgotten hiw much i love working out in tge gym! I’m really enjoying being back doing workouts for myself again! I joined UFCFit to heal my knee injury with my own prescription to do my leg machine circuit and all my old leg workouts in the gym. And some core and more with machines and special benches! I think it’s fun and feels good and makes me look good too!! All bonuses. Less knee pain! It’s getting better! ❤️‍🩹
