1)    Do something kind for someone else.
2)    Do something kind for YOURSELF!
3)    Plan some down time.
4)    Spend 20 seconds appreciating all that you have.

THAT’S IT! Sometimes, it’s okay to put aside the need to feel like you have got to get all the things done, and just be present where you are. ✨
