I recognize that to some this may come across as bypassing. If you’re truly in the depths, “just change your perspective” is not enough. Sometimes survival comes first. Sometimes regulation comes first. This feels more like an invitation to notice where one small shift is possible.

... practice makes permanent. Our patterns develop through repetition. And maybe it’s not so much, “the universe is giving you the opportunity to show up as the person you say you are.” Maybe it’s more like,
“This situation is here, and I can choose to use it as an opportunity to practice being who I want to be.”
Like for myself, Aldi’s words of wisdom are all well and good, but unless I embody them and practice them IRL then as Cersei Lannister said to Ned Stark, “words are wind!’
