Excited to be teaching iPhone & iPad for Beginners at the La Jolla Community Center! 🌟

Whether you're brand new to Apple devices or just want to feel more confident using your iPhone or iPad, this 6-week series is for you. We'll cover the essentials, stay connected, and have fun doing it! 💬💡

Lately, life hasn’t exactly been going according to plan.
And honestly... I’m learning that’s okay.

The path isn’t always linear.
The dreams sometimes shift.
The timing almost never looks like we imagined it would.

But that doesn’t make your journey wrong.
It doesn’t mean you’re behind.
It doesn’t mean you’ve failed.

Your timeline is still valid.
Even when it feels slower.
Even when it feels messier.
Even when it asks you to trust more deeply than you ever thought you could.

This is your reminder that you're not broken just because your life looks different right now.

How many times have you thought:
“I’m not good enough.”
“I can’t.”
“I’m broke.”
“I’ll never figure this out.”

These aren’t facts.
They’re old stories your brain repeats to keep you safe—not to help you grow.

But here’s the good news:
What your mind rehearses, your nervous system believes.
And what you believe… you begin to embody.

So—what limiting belief are you still carrying?

So many of us wait until we’re “ready”—
ready to show up,
ready to launch the thing,
ready to ask for help,
ready to be seen.

But “ready” is a myth.
There’s no magic moment when you’ll suddenly feel certain or perfect or fully healed.

What actually moves things forward is willingness:
💜 Willing to feel awkward
💜 Willing to try
💜 Willing to trust that showing up—imperfectly—is still meaningful

✨This is your reminder that you don’t have to feel ready to begin.
You just have to be willing to take the next soft step. ✨

I’ve been thinking about how often we “play it safe” in ways that quietly steal from our own potential.

The opportunities we pass up.
The ideas we don’t share.
The ways we silence ourselves so we won’t be “too much.”

For me, that’s looked like:

➡️ Not posting when something feels too vulnerable
➡️ Hiding my story because I’m scared it sounds like a mess
➡️ Avoiding the spotlight because it feels cringe to take up space
➡️ Holding back because it’s “not perfect yet”

But here’s the truth I’m working on leaning into:

"Playing small doesn’t keep us safe.
It just keeps us stuck."

This quote hit me hard because I’ve absolutely been shrinking.
And I’m not doing it anymore.

So if you’ve been holding back your ideas, your offers, your voice—this is your sign.
✨ You’re allowed to take up space.
✨ You’re allowed to show up before it’s perfect.
✨ You’re allowed to want more.

Let’s stop stealing from the future selves who are counting on us to be brave now.

So often, we try to think our way through things—overanalyze, over-effort, over-control.
But peace doesn’t live in the mind.
It lives in the heart. 💜

Rejection Sensitivity isn’t about being dramatic.

It’s about living with a nervous system that learned to anticipate disappointment, silence, or failure… even when nothing’s actually wrong.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you spiral after a simple “k,”
If you over-apologize, over-explain, or avoid trying again—
𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧.

It’s called Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) and it’s super common in ADHD brains.

As we continue our journey through the chakras, let’s dive into the Root Chakra (Muladhara)—the foundation of our physical and energetic body. 🌟 When this chakra is balanced, we feel secure, grounded, and confident. When out of alignment, it can show up as fear, insecurity, or restlessness.
