Honey Yoga is looking for an instructor to take over our Friday 6:15pm Honey Restore class.

This class is quiet, grounding, and restful—not exactly yin or restorative, but somewhere in that cozy, calm zone.

We’re open to teachers with yin or restorative training *or* confident teachers who are great at holding space—we’ll provide all the support and training you need.

💓 MONTHLY WOMEN’S CIRCLE 💓

Last Sunday’s Women’s Circle was a heartwarming celebration of self-love—complete with gentle movement, meaningful reflection, supportive sharing, and (as is often the case at our women’s circles) a few fresh flowers. We keep things relaxed and welcoming, so everyone can feel at ease connecting, exploring, and growing together.

If you missed this one, don’t worry! Our Women’s Circle meets every third Sunday from 5:30–7:00, each month spotlighting a new teacher and theme. It’s free for members and anyone on our new client special, but you don’t have to be a member to join us. Come experience a nurturing space built for community, self-exploration, and FLOWERS! We’d love to have you 🌸.

Our Story

We founded Honey because we love yoga. Actually, we founded Honey because we love our community and we believe yoga is the best way we can serve it.

The dream was to create a "middle space" - a clean, neutral and safe environment to practice yoga. Where what you wear doesn't matter (pajamas are yoga pants too), what you like to wear doesn't matter and what you do in your own time is up to you.

Honey is for everyone, because everyone deserves what yoga has to offer. The benefits are yours for the taking—whatever it is you're looking for, we're here to help you find. We strive to bring you great yoga in a beautiful space, the rest is up to you!
