Jackie O's (Ohio) is sending these limited release beers!
Iron Furnace: Barleywine brewed with maple syrup and brown sugar and aged in bourbon barrels
Cucumber Ginger Perpetum: Sour wheat ale fermented with Jackie O’s house lactobacillus and brettanomyces cultures. Produced via a unique Solera method ensuring consistency and variation over time. Conditioning on fresh cucumbers and ginger brings a cool and juicy balance to our bright and lively house sour wheat ale. No kettles were soured in the making of this beer.
Raspberry Perpetum: Stainless steel fermented American Sour Ale refermented on raspberry puree.
Ballads and Hymns: This tiny little Saison was fermented with our house mixed-fermentation culture before conditioning on Norway Spruce tips from our own Barrel Ridge Farm.
Penumbra: After long months aging in our Hungarian oak foudre, Penumbra was briefly fermented on second use petit verdot must, lending delicate tannin and vibrant grape and berry tones to this rose inspired mixed fermentation Saison style Ale.
Razz Wheat: Razz Wheat is a classic local favorite originating from the brewpub in Athens, Ohio. Natural raspberry puree is added during fermentation giving this beer a unique and playful personality. The rosy haze and sticky head embody a continuum of sour sweetness held together by a wheat back bone.
