Bread and Butter Pudding
If you've been following my posts, you'd know by now that I'm not much of a baker. Baking seems too precise too measured too choreographed, and I like my culinary art to be free flow. Also, given a choice I'd go for salty, sour, bitter, and astringent tastes before anything sweet. Sweet always comes last. But I had a fair bit of bread and crusts left over, thought I'd give my gadget a go.

Sada Tawa Kulcha (simple round flatbread baked on the skillet)
Kulchas are leavened flatbreads made with refined wheat flour. They're often seen on restaurant menus and are popular in Punjabi and Mughlai cuisines. The dough is quite similar to naans. They come out so airy and fluffy!
I used yeast today, and dahi. Just as an experiment.
