Thanks for taking the time to read this. Let’s get straight to the point... I have been in the field for over 10 years and have helped many people heal emotional wounds, manage anger, improve relationships, and become more effective. Whether you are going through a difficult time and/or are adjusting to a new situation... or maybe even experiencing stress, symptoms of anxiety or depression you too can feel better and experience positive results.

I have experience working with individuals, couples, families and children. My goal is for us to be able to connect and actually click so that treatment can really work. My treatment approach is to individualize goals based on your needs and what you want to work on and together create a plan that works for you. There is so much stigma around therapy and mental health, but I’ve NEVER had a client report “I regret being in therapy.” Generally, clients begin to experience some relief and improvement within the 3rd to 6th session, of course this also depends on your situation.

Give yourself the opportunity to learn skills to manage high-stress situations, improve your communication skills, and be more effective.
