Science has proven our words to ourselves change cell structure and health. Speak kindly especially to the places in you that are tired, burdened, and still working hard to anchor light in the world. There is so much to focus on that is out of our control. There is so much to labor over in our minds carrying guilt, shame, uncertainty, confusion. All while working to care for children, aging parents, and paying bills and planning for retirement with less and less.We are as a collective stretched to the absolute tenth degree AND being lied to and manipulated by those in power who stand to benefit from our collective dysregulation.

Healthy body
Clear mind
Strong spirit

Those who lead us/taught us (parents, mentors, teachers, preachers) were often blind themselves carrying out the story of capitalizing they thought was for them but was always only for the rich. We are now seeing the wrath uncovered that’s been eating people in silence. We are awake now. We see now and we must hold fast to our anchoring in love, higher knowledge, and Trust that ALL of it is within the open portal of the heart.

Don’t give up.

I saw a video of an artist going around asking people to look into the camera with love in their eyes and I could feel it. It inspired me. Love is an energy. Safety is a place in the stillness of your heart. Acceptance is in the gazing upon self in love. Maybe you were the one who needed it.
