This coming Lunar New Year (starting 2/17) is the year of the Yang Fire Horse! This hasn’t happened since 1966 and we know how wild that year was. Incredible innovations but also tumultuous times that year. So be sure to stay hydrated, enjoy some cooling foods, especially during the summer, and if you’re a Horse, Ox, or Rat - the year might be a little tough - some say that carrying a Goat charm (the buddy of the Horse) can help ward off bad luck.

Participants will explore various techniques that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and self-nurturing, all within a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and empowerment. During the class Gary will guide you on some great techniques including:
