If I led an old school hip hop yoga class (vinyasa flow with the best of the best old school hip hop playlist, dancing optional but completely welcome--2pac, notorious big, warren G, TLC, kurtis blow, a Tribe Called Quest, Mos Def, Talib Kweli and many more) at Yoga One, would you be interested in joining & what day of the week/time works best for you?! Friends, let's see a show of hands...how many of you would be down for a full (super) moon class this Saturday night at crown point? Happy Friday the 13th Full Moon, everyone! Moonlight Yoga at Crown Point Shores for charity was a success last night--thank you to all my beautiful yogis and yoginis that came!
