Ode to the ☀️’s birth of a new year - we’ve opened up another group beach yoga class today in honor of Winter Solstice ☀️ hope you can join our community on this auspicious day - please book in before this group is full also

☀️After today - the sun reversed course and we will have more sunlight! What better reason to celebrate🌓

and that regardless of any of our varying spiritual beliefs - 🍃nature is sacred and all life deserves respect if not also revered 🐌🦎🐞🐝🐜🐘🐿🍃

WE ARE REOPENING BEACH YOGA IN WAIKIKI this Thursday OCT 15th!

Sunset is our first class - please book into classes online to make sure you secure your spot as we need to limit the classes to 5 people per the guidelines for now.

Social distancing will be instituted - faceshields are welcome and will be worn by the instructor.

So happy and always fighting to hold this safe, active and grounding practice in outdoor space for our community- in times it’s recommended by health experts more than ever🙏

Last chance for sunset yoga tonight for a month. 🌤The State of Hawaii just announced that beaches and parks will be closed again for a month starting tomorrow. We fell asleep in one world, and woke up in another.
Suddenly Disney is out of magic,
Paris is no longer romantic,
New York doesn’t stand up anymore,
the Chinese wall is no longer a fortress, and Mecca is empty.
Hugs & kisses suddenly become weapons, and not visiting parents & friends
becomes an act of love.
Suddenly you realise that power, beauty & money are worthless, and can’t
get you the oxygen you’re fighting for.
The world continues its life and it is beautiful. It only puts humans in
cages. I think it’s sending us a message:
“You are not necessary. The air, earth, water and sky without you are fine.
When you come back, remember that you are my guests. Not my masters.
