🧀 Cheese – High in calories and fat, even small amounts can add up fast. Removing it cuts excess calories without sacrificing protein.🥫 Sauces – Most sauces (BBQ, ranch, ketchup, mayo) are packed with sugar and unhealthy fats. Ditching them removes sneaky calorie bombs from your meals.🍻 Alcohol – Not only does it add empty calories, but it slows metabolism, increases cravings, and promotes fat storage. Cutting it out speeds up fat loss.🧃 Sports Drinks – Unless you’re an endurance athlete, you don’t need the sugar and artificial ingredients. Water or electrolytes without added sugar are better for hydration and fat loss.🍟 Fast Food – Loaded with trans fats, sodium, and refined carbs, fast food causes bloating, insulin spikes, and overeating.
