Soooooooo HAPPY & Grateful to be back after my appendicitis!🙏🏽💕🙏🏽 For decades, I’ve had the honor of serving families as a chiropractor & this was the longest I’ve ever been out of the office. I missed it more than I can can put into words. 🥺

One thing I know for sure…health is everything. Without it, it’s hard to fully enjoy life, love deeply, and show up as our best selves.

I love taking care of family’s and kids and future generations! Teaching them early how to listen to their bodies, take responsibility for their health, and build lifelong wellness habits that allow them to thrive! Kids are so smart and intuitive and they learn most by the actions we adults take everyday!

So thankful to be back doing what I love, with people I love, for a purpose that truly matters. 🙏

Life has a way of reminding us what truly matters….relationships and health!🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

Recently, I experienced something totally unexpected an appendicitis, something I’ve never dealt with before. After careful, educated decisions and the right tests, I was able to keep my appendix, but the recovery has definitely taken longer than I wanted. I have missed less than 10 shifts in my 20+ years of service.

Through it all, my wife has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her love, patience, strength, support, and unwavering presence reminded me what a true partner for life really is. I am beyond grateful to walk this journey with her — she is my rock, my calm, my encourager, and my heart. ❤️

Healing isn’t always on our timeline, but it’s happening. I’m almost back to 100% and so excited to be returning soon to do what I love so
