These last nine months have been truly some of the most challenging that I have had in years.

I have been struggling with feeling like myself, being able to handle motherhood, and stay afloat in my marriage.

I recently found out that I have hashimoto's. I knew something was off, but I did not know what.

So I got labs done, and there was a lot happening in my body. Crazy low ferratin and iron levels and a thyroid that was not functioning properly. Along with adrenals that were shot.

All of this really created an intense state of disease in my body and mind.

So I have been deep diving into my healing in a really profound way.

Every morning starts with feet up the wall, while using my red light on my thyroid and medidating.

I obviously have all my supplements to support balance where it is needed internally too.

And I see an amazing frequency healer once a week. All of this has made such a huge difference! I feel like a new person!

This is 23 weeks pregnant with my beautiful miss Delilah. I am feeling so good, so comfortable in my body. Amazing in my marriage and my ability to be a mom.

Pregnancy for me is such a beautiful experience of shedding layers, growth, and learning lessons. I am forever grateful to be a mother and to have these experiences.

It is truly so amazing how different each pregnancy is. And that in itself is such a blessing.
