The High Conflict Parenting Cohort will be starting this Thursday, 5/1. This is a four week cohort that includes a combination of psychoeducation and support. If you have a client who might benefit, please feel free to refer them. I have two spots left. Here is an info link:

The High-conflict Parenting Cohort is a small group of 5 to 6 parents who are co-parenting with a difficult person. The cohort is a combination of psychoeducation and support and helps like-minded parents better understand the 'Why?' of difficult behavior in both their children and their co-parent.

It's the week of Father's Day! Did you know dads can be impacted by perinatal depression too? The signs are a bit different than in moms and birthing parents, so make sure you know them:
🔷 Frustration or irritability
🔷 Feeling discouraged
🔷 Increased physical problems, such as headaches or indigestion
🔷 Problems concentrating
🔷 Increased fatigue
🔷 Lack of motivation
🔷 Loss of interest in hobbies or work
🔷 Self-isolation
🔷 Working constantly
🔷 Increased anger
🔷 Increased use of alcohol or illegal drugs, misuse of prescription medication
🔷 Violent behavior
🔷 Impulsiveness
🔷 Thoughts of self-harm or su***de
