While birth is natural, it brings you to the threshold of what you believe is physically possible. If your goal is to give birth without an epidural, I recommend spending some time preparing for your goal. You wouldn’t run a marathon without any training at all. Here are some ways to build labor and pain tolerance other than holding ice in your hands!
