Our Story

Hapa Yoga & Fitness specializes in working with individuals, families, and children. We appeal to everyone with our spa-like facilities and amenities, wide variety of classes, convenient class schedule, flexible pricing options, and on-site childcare. In addition, Hapa offers yoga and fitness workshops and teacher training programs. We embrace the Ohana with an atmosphere that feels like home for the entire community of clients, instructors and staff.

Our studios offer the convenience of on-site CHILD CARE from 8:15am to 7:15pm Monday through Friday and 7:45am to 1:45pm on weekends. We offer a variety of YOGA and FITNESS classes for all levels including Beginner’s Yoga, Hot Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Mommy & Baby classes, Kids Yoga, Barre, Sculpt, Pilates, and TRX Bootcamp.

We invite you to join the Ohana!
