In static friction,ย the frictional force resists force that is applied to an object, and the object remains at rest until the force of static friction is overcome. In kinetic friction, the frictional force resists the motion of an object.
This relates to any venture that we begin to pursue in life.
If we want to start a business... We have to endure the static friction of getting proper licenses and funding. ๐Ÿ’ฒ

Make sure to stop and enjoy the little things! ๐Ÿ˜Š
Last September I took myself on a solo road trip in California. I had promised myself 7 years ago when I got here that I would fulfill this "Soul Searching" journey. When I finally pulled the trigger I realized how overdue it was. ๐Ÿš—
I had NO plan whatsoever...which was amazing because 99.9% of my life is always scheduled with expectations assigned to those set plans. On this trip I let my heart lead me the whole wayโค๏ธ.
I learned a lot about myself, and it felt like a type of "completion" I had set out to do for a long time. โœ…
Most importantly- I learned to have courage, faith, and general trust in myself. This was also thoroughly shown to me when I had a bear encounter on this trip...but that's another story for another day ๐Ÿป.
Bottom line, we only have this one go-around, so it's important to be able to allow ourselves the time and opportunities to be PRESENT in the moment and appreciate everything we do have. โ™พ๏ธ

GOAL vs. WISH
We all aim to bring amazing things into our lives. And the thing is- we can! But it does require necessary efforts on our parts to make those dreams a reality.โœจ
It's been said before that "a dumb person with a plan is better than a smart person without one". ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ
WHY? ๐Ÿค” Because a plan keeps you focused on a trajectory of where you want to go. And even if you start veering off course due to life events, obstacles or various challenges, you still have a destination in mind of where you'd like to be.
This is all in contrast to wishes ๐Ÿงž. We all 'wish' for things to happen, but it's seldom an occurrence that the Universe just "gives" us something at random without at least a subtle action from our own accord.
So, if you DESIRE something so deeply within the pit of your spirit, start making those action steps to make it happen...no matter how big or small. โœ…

Let's be honest here...there's nothing pleasant about submerging your entire body in a tub of ice.๐Ÿฅถ๐ŸงŠ
It feels like you're being stabbed in every possible direction. But why do people do it? They do it for the challenge of pushing the limits they didn't know they had.
When you undertake and overcome challenges, it proves to yourself what you are capable of only at that moment until a bigger challenge emerges.
But one thing I learned a long time ago is that the Universe only gives you challenges that it knows you can overcome- big and small. And the more you challenge yourself, the more you grow and learn. ๐Ÿง 
**For the record, I did this ice bath for 5 minutes, but I'll be honest- I nearly leaped out after 30 seconds because of the massive amount of pain. Mind over matter is a real thing. And when you learn to control your breathing, you learn to control your life and your energy โšก.

The way that I have set New Year's resolution goals the last few years has been part of this strategy:

๐Ÿ† I go from January 1st to Thanksgiving ๐Ÿฆƒ with the most productive efforts I can give.
๐Ÿ† December is typically a month where we think about others during the holidays with gift-giving and spending quality time with family and friends. ๐ŸŽ„๐Ÿ•Ž๐Ÿ™
๐Ÿ† December time/end of the year is about figuring out how much gas โ›ฝ you can muster out of the tank in order to finish the year as strong as possible. ๐Ÿ”ฅ
I share this because this strategy has helped me gain a level of success in my career, and I only wish to pass on that wisdom with integrity to others who may potentially benefit. โค๏ธ

We as humans find it simpler to get through life by putting labels on things...it helps us organize our reality... I get it!
However, it isn't helpful to put labels on ourselves to flourish our inner growth we aim to achieve in progressing ourselves in career, life, hobbies, etc. It actually puts us in a self-limiting belief/fixed mindset. Essentially, we go into "survival mode". ๐Ÿฅบ
How do we change this? ๐Ÿค” We change this by how we talk, especially to ourselves.
"I am" identifies the WHOLE us with something within ourselves that we have become accustomed to because of the environment we grew up in.
"I have" just identifies a PART of who we are. It doesn't hold ultimate power over our spirit.
Personally, I was diagnosed with learning disabilities as a young child, but I never called myself "disabled". I knew if I identified with that label that I would possibly succumb to a limited mindset and therefore have a limited expression of life.
Saying "I have" learning disabilities allowed me to progressively work in different ways to achieve other learning methods that was more conducive to my growth. ๐ŸŒณ
Changing that survival mentality into one that has the potential to thrive all starts with how we express ourselves. And it starts with our words and how we talk to ourselves. So start speaking highly of yourself. โœ…

The only thing constant in life is change. โœ…
Admittedly, change can be difficult and can sometimes hurt a lot ๐Ÿค•. But with those experiences we always become stronger as individuals to the various challenges of life.
The Universe ๐ŸŒŒ only gives us challenges that we are meant to overcome. And even in the "bad" situations we get ourselves into in life, it's important to express gratitude for those experiences because they become a part of who we are.
Learning to love and embrace that change that occurs is creating acceptance within ourselves. And this breaks down to one major key concept in trusting the process- SURRENDER.
Surrender isn't about giving up, it's about allowing you to go with the flow of life being harmonious with the process.

Fire is mesmerizing, isn't it?! ๐Ÿ”ฅ
๐Ÿ”ฅ For a few moments in time spanning from seconds, to minutes, to hours, and maybe even days, fire will continuously provide heat and light from whatever it consumes.
We can " consume" experiences in grief, anxiousness, fear, joy, live, and so many other emotions just based on our perception and ours alone.
๐Ÿ™You may think this is another post about gratitude, and you're right- it is! Every post I make is being grateful for having the opportunity to have a voice to share with other spirits within this simulation of reality we're all experiencing.
If there is anything you can take away from this post, take away this- NOTHING IS PERMANENT.

โšก The Law of the Conservation of Energy states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed - only converted from one form of energy to another. This means that a system always has the same amount of energy, unless it's added from the outside.
โšก This can be applied in many aspects to how we live, grow and progress within our own lives since we are all forms of energy.
โšก We are the only ones who set limits on ourselves in terms of what we are capable of. The "potential" we have to do better is limitless if we have that mindset, or it's fixed...but it's all dependent on how you view your situation.
โšก Many of us get stuck in relationships, jobs, or just life ruts of things that do not serve our higher purpose. And we sometimes feel that we have to SETTLE. However, once you have submitted to that idea, you're essentially telling yourself you're not good enough.
โšก The key ๐Ÿ—๏ธ aspect right here is: self worth. We have to know we are worthy of abundance if we desire it. And we also must take into account the idea that WORK and ACTION must be applied to allow ourselves to reach higher and higher potentials.
โšกIt's entirety possible, but it has to start off with 1 basic principle: BELIEF. Especially the belief in yourself. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

In realizing that the subconscious mind is responsible for 90-95% of how we think, feel and act, it becomes of massive importance to understand it's impact on who we are as human beings.
When we believe the world is acting in some way for or against us, that's the subconscious mind in action. It is all the beliefs, skills and memories in our database. So, it essential acts as a guidance system for how we live our lives. ๐ŸŽฏ
In taking that into account, we can now can understand that everything we are filtering through our senses can make a HUGE impact on how we interpret the world ๐ŸŒŽ... especially in our current time where we are bombarded by technology, media, and influence more than ever.
By being "mindful" of this concept, it means being aware and being understanding of what and how we are filtering the world we are experiencing.
We're all human, and we're all figuring out anything and everything in our own ways.

I've been one of the fortunate beings in this human experience to learn what my true purpose is. And I also recognize that the highest purpose is to serve. ๐Ÿ’ซ And I always have love lead my purpose.
There is incredible value in being of service to others. But we must also recognize that love in action is service to the world. ๐ŸŒŽ

๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธCASE STUDY: GAIT ANALYSIS ๐Ÿšถ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ
This patient first came to see me with a chief complaint of "left groin pain". We have been doing different treatments included but not limited to: chiropractic, Applied Kinesiology (AK), Neuro-emotional Technique (NET), and also seeing a Naturopath for dietary modification as part of her care plan. ๐Ÿ“‹
She has been showing great improvements in the last 2 months we've been treating her. That being said- this weekend she said that she walked about 9 miles and had the left groin pain return... So I wanted to see how (functionally) she was walking.
In Gait #1, you can notice that she tends to walk with a mid-line "tightrope" gait. In doing this she is over contracting her Adductor muscles, which in-turn can "shift" the lateral lean of the pelvis and "turn off" the gluteus medius muscle- which acts as a hip and knee stability muscle. ๐Ÿ‘
In Gait #2 and #3, I showed her how walking with her feet shoulder width apart, as well as walking with her hands directly on her glutes will show a different firing pattern of how to walk properly. By doing either of those movements, it will greatly reduce the strain that her adductor muscles have been compensating for. โœ…
Remember, you can have all the passive care in the world (i.e Chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, etc) but knowing what little factors you do everyday are contributing to your pain and/or dysfunction is where the real understanding comes in. This is where healing begins. ๐Ÿ™Œ

There are 24 hours, 1440 minutes, and 86,400 seconds in one day. Time is the most precious resource in the world, more than metals, cars, jewelry, even Bitcoin ๐Ÿคญ. And the best part is that you are given the free will to "spend" that time in whatever way you desire.
There will always be instances where we have to "give" our time to others in their "time of need", and there are other instances where we need to "take" time for ourselves.
It's somewhat traded like money or currency ๐Ÿ’ต. But the biggest difference is that once time has been spent, that moment or moments are gone. This is in comparison to currency, because currency is like the ocean tides ๐ŸŒŠ, where it comes and goes at random. But time is infinite โ™พ๏ธ and somewhat linear from our most basic understandings.
Regardless of what you do with that time, everyone is given the same amount each day to use it in whatever way they wish. But remember always- TIME IS RELATIVE!

These all fundamentally communicate with not only within yourself, but what you vibrate into the world ๐ŸŒŽ around you.
They project like waves in a vast field of mostly empty space ๐ŸŒŒ. It's why we all feel the same way at a concert or during a sporting event. The collective energy of many human beings all projecting at once to a sound or a harmony is what we pick up. Our bodies are satellites ๐Ÿ“ก for our world.
When we feel that energy, it shapes us into thinking, feeling, and BEING who we truly are.

Admittedly, I got into spirituality more so when I was going through my divorce. I was looking for answers when I thought I had done everything right. It was me re-learning about myself and my place within the cosmos. ๐ŸŒŒ
After going through much study involving books, teachings, exposition events, retreats, meditations, yoga, and even plant medicines... I'M STILL LEARNING! ๐Ÿค“
But that is the beauty about spirituality. It gets you to learn about you and your place in the cosmos as well. Your existence is just one part of what makes up all the energy in the universe. โšก

We're always more motivated by what we're passionate about. And when you find that passion, you never feel like you "work". Sometimes it's just not enough hours in the day โŒ›.

It's no secret that we are "primed" in the greater aspects of society to be "programmed" into acting and being a certain way. This can be through family values, the close people and friends we associate ourselves with, what we view on social media or watch on TV, etc. ๐Ÿ“บ๐Ÿ“ฒ
One aspect that nobody has a set standard on is success. Success can only be defined based on our personal definition.
Some people define success as having a lot of money ๐Ÿ’ฐ...some define it as having a lot of material wealth ๐Ÿ˜๏ธ...some may think having a family ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘งโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ is success...and everyone is right!
My success has been based on personal accomplishments ๐Ÿ†, and I'm not comparing myself to anyone else in that situation. And this all comes back to the journey that you are personally on in life. It's your path and your path alone ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ.

I used to think that you had to wake up super early in order to be productive... This was a complete falsehood. ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ
I had days when I was in grad school where I would be going to class and working from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and I would still not feel accomplished. ๐Ÿฅต
I now get up between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM to do yoga or exercise, and meditate to get my mind right. I start work at 10:00 a.m. and I know for myself that from that point on I can be the most optimally productive. ๐Ÿ‘
Everyone is different in regards to how they choose to invest their energy. So, when the time is right for yourself, you know what is best for how you put out your own energy. โšก
The best way to organize yourself is to get a routine where you get your physical body and your mental body in alignment before you even start your day. ๐Ÿ™Œ

With any mindset we always must remember that we are in control of it. If you keep telling yourself "I have such bad luck" you will continue to attract events that negatively affect you. ๐Ÿ˜” If you continue to tell yourself that you have good luck, you will attract lots of positive energy into your life โšก.
Luck is all based on the fact that you can be in the right place of the right time. Who is to define what is the right place or the right time?- YOU!
'Chance' plays a role in every aspect of our lives, but it is never the ONLY role. You are the Captain of your own ship in this journey of life, and you can steer it in any direction you see fit to serve your highest purpose.

Whatever that's happened in your past is in the past for a reason. It gave you lessons, and now you can move on from that, hopefully learning those lessons.
My mentor had told me this expression. He alluded it to how we as humans tend to hold onto our past and identify ourselves with who we HAVE been not who we ARE presently.
Every day is a new opportunity for you to make something of yourself. So don't let aspects of your history limit you from what you're capable of in your future. โœ…

If you never ask, the answer is always no. If you get a "no", big deal... You just ask for something different.
The Law of Attraction is very real, but it has to start with the initiative that you put into it. It is all about training the subconscious mind ๐Ÿง .
This has to start from a place of manifestation-- meaning that you can:

โญ Journal
โญ Make a vision board
โญ Keep notes in places you view frequently
โญ Meditate or pray
โญ Network and make connections with those who have achieved similar goals
The biggest thing that I personally noticed was that you have to put yourself in a state of belief that you already have what you are manifesting. And the biggest part on top of that is learning that every aspect is of manifestation requires patience, time, and understanding.
Once you learn to have an abundance mindset, nothing can stop you from getting what you need from the Universe. ๐ŸŒŒ
