I’m hosting a Healing Party in Imperial Beach on Friday Aug 15 from 6–8 PM — and it’s not a typical wellness event.

This is a space to land. To let go. To remember what it feels like to be in your body again.

We’ll move through an intentional flow:
* Heart-opening cacao
* Freeform dance to move stagnant energy
* Guided breathing to reconnect with your body
* Group Reiki for deep energetic reset
* Restorative sound to integrate

This space is for you if you’ve been holding it all together but haven’t had anywhere to fall apart — or put yourself back together.

I’m hosting in-person Moon Mapping workshops throughout the year, starting December 28 at 3:30 PM with the Capricorn New Moon.
