Ever leave dinner looking 6 months pregnant?

Bloating is often a combination of water retention and trapped gas — and it’s your body signaling that digestion needs support.

You don’t have to live with discomfort after every meal.

I specialize in Medical Abdominal Massage — a hands-on approach that supports digestion, circulation, and nervous system regulation.

If bloating has become your “normal,” let’s change that.

Salt-heavy meals can make your belly puff up.

That tight, swollen feeling?
It’s water retention layered on top of digestion.

Salt pulls water into your tissues. If circulation and lymphatic flow are sluggish, your abdomen holds onto it — and you feel bloated.

This isn’t about cutting all salt.
It’s about helping your body move fluid efficiently.

Medical Abdominal Massage supports:
• Digestive motility
• Lymphatic drainage
• Nervous system regulation
• Abdominal circulation

If bloating after meals is common for you, there’s another approach.

If bloating hits after every salad, it’s not the lettuce.

Raw vegetables require more digestive effort. If your digestive system is already struggling, they can ferment instead of break down properly — leading to gas and distention.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, digestion depends on warmth. The “Spleen” is responsible for transforming food into usable energy. Too much raw, cold food can weaken that process and create dampness and bloating.

Lightly steaming or sautéing vegetables may help your gut process them more efficiently.

If you feel bloated even when you’re “eating clean,” your digestion may need support — not restriction.

Reflexology vs. Acupressure: What’s the Difference?
(And What If You Don’t Want Needles?)

I recently made a video explaining the difference between reflexology and acupressure because I realized something: people use these words interchangeably… and they’re not the same thing.

They both involve touch. They both involve pressure. They both can feel amazing.

But they come from very different systems of thought.

And if you’re trying to decide what kind of bodywork or treatment you want, that distinction actually matters.
