Hello friends! We are excited to share KALi Energy Flow the weekend of 2/24 & 2/25 at South Park Yoga. Please join us for one or both days as a chance to go deeper into your practice.

The energy is gonna be powerful and off the charts with 7 KALi facilitators,

No experience is required.

During a session, you will just lay down on a yoga mat, relax with your eyes closed, listen to some music and relax.

What is KALI? Kundalini Activation Light Integration is a powerful healing modality that activates the movement of kundalini energy in the body in a gentle, natural way.
