🏹 Earth element is
the season of year that is represented by late Summer, Indian Summer.
A time to acknowledge the harvest before the Fall.
Things are at their ripest becoming to the point of too ripe… sticky, sweet, soft, juicy, plumped, and ready to go.

This season is also about shifting, to turn the harvest over, reaping its rewards but also to dig in the dirt, till the soil and put things in place for the next season and year to be flourishing and healthy.

Earth embodies transformation and transportation of foods, thoughts, physiology and spirit.

We are all the 5 elements, but our constitution will reveal a predominant element.

Here are some qualities of the Earth element-
When in Balance and Out of Balance.

Earth types are known for their nurturing nature, struggles with change, be very accommodating, can be supportive of community and family, have a sweet personality and be stubborn.

Fire Element- It’s fire Season, Summer! ❤️‍🔥
The most Yang Time of year- Hot, Expansive, Ascending and Action!🔥
Fire is about Joy, excitability and knowing our limits.

So when it comes to the fire element it’s a dance and rhythm of how to not get burned or explode and keep it at an even constant warm flame.

We are all the 5 elements, but our constitution will reveal a predominant element.

Here are some qualities of the fire element-
When in Balance and Out of Balance.

These may show up as personality traits, behaviors, and health conditions.

Fire types are so much fun to be around, they can be infectious and warm.
With this energy though, sometimes it may be exhausting when that fire burns too bright.

If you are a fire type and that fire burns out by not cultivating fun and joy in life, this can crash you into a depression and just feel flat.
