Hello, we are looking for an experienced caregiver for a client in Carmel Valley who is confident in their ability to perform transfers, engage in conversation, and is attentive to their client's health and care needs. We have a female client who is ambulatory with a walker and a fall risk. She needs safety supervision, stand-by assistance, and help with transfers. She will also need assistance with toileting, showering, getting dressed, exercising, and companionship.
Requirements
• Caregiving experience (minimum one year).
• Registration with the Home Care Services Bureau is required. We can send you information on how to register.
• A current Tuberculosis test is required.
• You must also have a current California driver's license, car insurance, a clean driving record, and a reliable means of transportation. Our clients will need assistance with appointments and running errands.
Duties

• Perform patient observation to monitor health conditions and report any changes.
• Support clients with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
• Uphold resident rights by treating clients with dignity and respect.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to enhance their well-being.
