✨Hello I am Di!
I am a passionate advocate and dedicated professional in the field of Maternal Mental Health. Based in Fallbrook, California, a Certified Peer Support Specialist, Postpartum Energy Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.
My journey in this field began after my own experience with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including severe postpartum depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. Inspired by my personal struggles, I made it my mission to raise awareness about PMADs and destigmatize maternal mental health.
I actively volunteer with The Postpartum Health Alliance and serve on the board of Thrive Wellness Collective. I am a proud mother of three and my passion for this cause is deeply rooted in my own birth and postpartum experiences.
In 2019, I left my 13-year career as an Executive Assistant to fully dedicate myself to advocating for maternal mental health. I offer PMADs awareness presentations in the community and am currently collaborating with nursing students at CalState San Marcos.
Additionally, I am in the process of writing a book to share my postpartum journey. Through my work, I strive to improve the lives of women and families affected by PMADs, ensuring they receive the support and understanding they deserve.
