🚨🌿 Ascension Alert: Health is the KEY to Spiritual Evolution 🌿🚨

I’m stepping into a powerful 21-day juice fast, and I invite you to join me on this sacred journey. This is not just a cleanse, this is an ASCENSION process, a gateway to the 5D.✨

In the past, I’ve completed transformative fasts, including a 31-day water💦-only fast at True North Health Center and several 30-day juice fasts.

For the last 27 years, I’ve nourished my body with mostly raw living foods, (always plant-based). This lifestyle has been the foundation of both my physical health and spiritual awakenings.

The true magic begins when we align our mind, body, and soul at a deeper level, tapping into higher frequencies and dimensions.

✨ A few truths you need to hear:

If you’re still engaging in meaningless se^ual encounters, you are opening portals to low-frequency energies, entities, and negative attachments. This will anchor you in 3D vibrations, dragging you down and blocking your spiritual evolution.

If you are hoarding jealousy, slandering others, reporting content, or indulging in petty gossip, you’re only harming your own energy field, hindering your abundance, and limiting your growth.

If you’re living behind a façade, caring too much about others' judgments, and letting external validation control your life, you’re depleting your true essence and stalling your progress.

If you continue to use toxic products, chemical cleaners, dryer sheets, cologne, perfume, or anything that pollutes your body, you are slowing your ascension by throwing off your endocrine system.

To amplify my own ascension, I’ll be embracing daily sauna sessions at home, hydrating with hydrogen water, drinking fresh cold-pressed juices, and practicing sacred rituals. My priorities will be sun gazing, hot yoga, rebounding, visiting family, and staying committed to my celibacy journey. This isn’t just about what you eat~ it’s about what you abstain from! It’s a holistic lifestyle that honors every aspect of your being.

The more we align ourselves, the faster we ascend into higher dimensions.

Since the age of 20, my journey has been devoted to mastering natural hygiene modalities, confronting deep childhood and past life trauma, and unlocking the wisdom within my Akashic records.

I wasn’t placed here to birth children, I was meant to birth books, programs, and transformative content, showing others the power they hold to heal themselves.

I can’t think of a better way to start the new year than in humble gratitude to Los Angeles Magazine for featuring me on their January cover. It’s an honor to be recognized for my work as an intuitive healer and a pioneer in the real food movement.

Ironically, since moving away from California, this is the third cover I’ve appeared on in just three months!

With a humble heart, I thank all of you who believe in my mission. This article beautifully captures my journey reaffirming my commitment from exposing the truths behind the food industry to unveiling the secret to breaking free of karmic cycles.

✨ 2024: A Year of Deep Introspection and Inspired Creation ✨

My biggest accomplishment this year wasn’t appearing on the cover of three magazines ~ though that did happen. My biggest accomplishment was something far more personal, profound, and fulfilling.

2024 was my year of “profection” in Vedic astrology ~ a time to step back from the world, turn inward, and honor the whispers of my soul.

While I wish I had spent more time with family, I felt deeply called to focus on closing karmic cycles and protecting my peace. One of my proudest moments was standing up against online harassment. I went all the way legally to address it, and I’m incredibly proud of myself for taking that step.

True to the essence of my podcast, “The Hermitess podcast show”, I spent much of the year in "Hermit Mode" reading, writing, creating, and channeling divine messages.

My proudest accomplishment? Launching my new Oracle deck, The Lessons of the Mystical Muse, which sold out almost immediately. We’re now shipping our fourth round, and if you haven’t picked up a deck yet, I highly recommend it. It’s a tool for connection and self-discovery, crafted with the intention of awakening your inner muse. The interactive shadow work workbook included is an added bonus for deeper self-exploration.

As a conscious creator, I pour my heart into original, authentic work~because in a world oversaturated with AI and recycled ideas, true originality is the ultimate form of rebellion.

To all the creators and entrepreneurs reading this: the conscious creator in me honors the conscious creator in you. The divine supports those who create with integrity, both financially and creatively.

Two years ago, I released my third book, Eat Right for Your Zodiac, and this year, my focus shifts to my YouTube channels:
