We are free of depression, anxiety and unhealthy habits. We are restored to a sense of real stability. We are joyful hopeful and confident. We are no longer afraid or haunted with feelings of inadequacy. We are now open and available as opportunities come in and we are eager to get started. We welcome growth and change.

The Journey to Self-Love Retreat was nothing short of transformational. Over the course of three sacred days, participants were guided through deep healing, heart-opening practices, and moments of profound self-discovery.

In this nurturing space, old layers of self-doubt and fear began to dissolve. Through guided practices, soulful reflection, and authentic connection, each person reconnected with their truth—discovering the radiant, confident being that has always been within.

"Are You Healing or Just Coping?"
We live in a world that tells us to keep going—push through, stay strong, numb the pain. But have you ever stopped to ask yourself…

❌ Are you truly healing?
❌ Or are you just learning to tolerate the discomfort?

Coping mechanisms can look like productivity, people-pleasing, staying busy, or even overanalyzing your emotions. But healing? That’s different.

✅ Healing is when you no longer need the distractions.
✅ When your triggers lose their grip on you.
✅ When peace replaces the anxiety in your chest.

Healing isn’t about “getting over it.” It’s about moving through it—gently, intentionally, and in a way that frees you rather than just sustains you.

If you’re feeling stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion, you’re not alone. It is possible to break free, but healing takes guidance, support, and a safe space to explore your inner world.

Choosing happiness every day requires making a conscious choice. The actions that follow the choices I make are vital. I cannot expect happiness to just strike me down. I have to choose to have a positive mindset, choose to believe in my abilities and choose to own my worth. I need to choose to do things that bring me joy, purpose , connection and love. I have to make hard choices to let go of what doesn’t serve me. I have to choose to walk away feom toxic relationships and situations. I have to choose to step out of my comfort zone and try new things, especially things I am not familiar with or that intimidate me. It starts with choice and moves into action.

So the story continues and you still feel like time is passing aimlessly, without making an impact or feeling purposeful...

So the story continues and you still feel like time is passing aimlessly, without making an impact or feeling purposeful or passionate. Let’s dive into that black hole together and brighten that flickering flame that seems to blow out time and again. It may feel hopeless at times and I get that. That’s why we are stronger together than apart. Consider investing in your health and wellbeing and make those changes that you just can’t seem to execute. Maybe low self esteem, anxiety or depression is weighing you down. No time like the present to challenge those self limiting and self sabataging beliefs. Come on in for an individual session and lets begin to unravel the negative patterns and replace with life affirming patterns. May seem impossible, but it’s actually easier to do with support and guidance. Check out the new Inner Peace groups that are starting as well. These groups create a significant shift in attitude, confidence and choices. The journey to change requires willingness, an open mind and a genuine desire. If you find yourself in a position to commit to bettering yourself and your life, take action today! Today is really all we have and you are worth it, even when you are convinced you are not.

Social media, addictive by nature, feeds us delusions and impossible goals that set us up for wins and losses, highs and lows, endorphin spikes and debilitating depression.
