Our Story

Yoga Gal is a personalized yoga experience for beginner and intermediate level yogis. It is a space where everyone can practice at their own pace. Students are challenged in a supportive, relaxed setting. As the teacher, I embrace my imperfections and I allow my students to do the same. I love watching my students grow both in their physical and emotional practice.

Yoga Gal has 3 locations; the Carmel Valley Recreation Center, the Pacific Highlands Recreation Community Park, & the Carmel Mountain Recreation Center.
