💧 Hydrate Often – Dehydration sneaks up fast in the heat. Remind kids to drink water regularly, even if they’re not thirsty.

🛡️ Gear Up Right – Whether it’s a bike ride or baseball game, proper helmets, pads, and shoes can prevent serious injuries.
