We are hosting a small online workshop for people who feel stuck in patterns of emotional eating or nighttime overeating—even when they know what they “should” do. You eat dinner… and a few hours later, you’re back in the kitchen again... This workshop is designed to help you slow that moment down and understand what’s actually happening in real time—so you can start responding differently, without relying on willpower or strict rules.

In this 1-hour workshop, you’ll be guided to:
—notice what’s really happening in the moment (not just what you think is happening)
—understand the “why am I doing this?” experience in real time
—and what helps shift it
—practice a simple pause so you can respond differently in that exact moment
