Occasionally I am asked by corporations to do small specialist interim projects on their behalf. Canada or international representation deployments. I am available for interim, project work on a per diem basis. No contracts or lengthy employee commitments.

I offer 30 years’ experience at C-level (CEO, COO) with knowledge gained in the international healthcare, financial underwriting, operational, fund raising and network distributional sectors.
We are used to working with and for healthcare providers in a development or troubleshooting role. Often brought in to solve a problem, be it people, systems, HR, operations, occupancy, commercial, business development, interim GM related. I am a strong GM, trouble-shooter and domestic and international business developer.
Experienced in Systems, IT, Operations, Distribution, Infotech, Sales and Marketing, Communications. Skills are transferable. I am Lloyd's of London trained and a proven C-level operative with three of the largest multinational Health Insurance companies in the world. (AXA, BUPA, Mutual of Omaha), I was also retained by MMC. (MARSH/Mercer) via contract to manage a JV in France/Canada.
I have also worked for several hospital groups in New York, the UK, Bermuda and a number of Addiction Recovery facilities internationally in six countries, always reporting to the board or owners, including subsidiaries of the NOBEL foundation in Norway.
Typically, I have been involved as Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager/developer with data mining in the self-insured corporate world in the US as pertains to addiction recovery exposures, delivery and provision of residential, IOP and PHP care etc.
BMARC historically works for Health InfoTech firms, addiction recovery providers and TPAs as subject matter expert. Addiction recovery is a driver for new associated revenue streams. I am used to working with and for health analytics and technology companies with a mandate and mission to create Intelligent Healthcare Markets. Building relationships, knowledge and technology that enable Payers, Providers and Stakeholders to optimize the buying and selling of health services.
