A lot of people say:
“I don’t even know what I’m feeling.”
That’s more common than you think.
Most people weren’t taught how to:
* recognize emotions
* name them
* understand what they mean
So instead, it all just feels like:
stress… or frustration… or nothing at all.
Therapy often starts with something simple:
slowing things down enough to actually notice what’s there.
