Protein is having a moment in the grocery store right now…

and I love that more people are paying attention to it.

But just because something says “protein” on the label doesn’t always mean it’s the most effective way to hit your protein goals.

Many of these products only provide a small amount of protein compared to the calories and carbs/fats they contain.

Which means if you rely on them as your main protein sources, it can actually make it harder to hit your protein goals without unintentionally increasing calories, and that can stall progress.

That doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy these foods; they can absolutely be part of your day.

But most of your protein should come from protein-dominant foods so you can hit your goals while staying within your calorie goals.

You train hard, but are you fueling your body the right way? 

I’m excited to partner with to bring you this nutrition workshop designed to help you better support your training and see the results you’re working for.

Many people put in the work in the gym but struggle to see the results they want because they’re unsure how to structure their nutrition.

In this workshop, we’ll break down the basics of macronutrients and how to fuel your body in a way that supports better workouts, recovery, and visible results.

This workshop is for you if:

👉You train regularly but aren’t sure how to fuel your body properly
👉 You want better energy for both workouts and everyday life
👉You’re trying to lose fat or see more visible results from your workouts
👉You feel confused about nutrition or how to structure your meals

One of the biggest reasons diets don’t work?

They don’t allow flexibility for real life.

Dinners out.
Anniversaries.
Vacations.
Girls’ nights.

When something feels like a threat to your progress, you either:
• Avoid it altogether
• Over- restrict leading up to it
• Or spiral afterward

(I used to do all of the above, btw).

That’s the problem with rigid plans.They might work short term. But they don’t teach you how to live.

This is exactly why I’m so passionate about showing women they can be social and still reach their fat loss goals.

I always thought I just wasn't doing enough.

I was exhausted, frustrated, and still not seeing results.

That's when I realized trying harder was never the solution but focusing on the right habits was.
