Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how we’re evolving, and in many ways, it feels like humans are almost becoming two completely different species.
If we’re not connected to the Earth, we’re not connected to our true essence.
Are we being grounded by what’s natural - sunlight, breath, movement, the elements…
or are we artificially being uploaded into systems that don’t support the evolution of human compassion, presence, intuition, or the strengthening of our innate inner wisdom?
How do you want to evolve?
I’ve noticed in my own life that the more time I spend at my computer, the more my anxiety increases. My nervous system gets louder, not quieter.
And every time I come back to my mat for breath, movement, grounding, and even just stepping outside to remember that I am part of nature, I come back home to myself and remember who I am.
Yoga reconnects us to the truth that we are nature. We are meant to move, breathe, feel, release, and return.
