💦 what’s in your water?💦
But for real - do you know what is in your water?! I bet if you learned you would be astounded🤢
Tap water is a known source of MANY contaminants like bacteria, viruses, pharmaceutical medications, heavy metals, fluoride, radioactive elements, industrial chemicals, and pesticides. 👀 You are consuming waaaaay more than just water if you drink straight from the tap.
A quick visit to the Environmental Working Group’s website gives you all the mind blowing info you need 😳 My area code contains 26 known contaminants, more of half of which are KNOWN to cause cancer

FYI: Legal levels of ANY toxic chemical does NOT = safe🫠 especially in good ol AMERICA - land of the sick
🍼So bottled water must be safe then, right? Nope! Plastic water bottles actively leach chemicals into the water. Have you ever drank a water bottle that was left out? Did you notice a different taste? Yup- that’s plastic! In fact, the majority of bottled water companies do not publish their water quality tests to begin. 🧐 Ummmm that’s sketchy to me. EWG’s independent research found 38 contaminants in the 10 most popular brands of water
🔎What about Brita and pitcher water filters? They are carbon based filters that can BARELY reduce the disturbing amount of contaminants. Plus, the plastic leeches into the water, similar to bottled.
🔥If you take your health seriously, it’s time to start taking your water seriously🔥
•Choose reverse osmosis or distilled (with added minerals) or spring water from a reliable source that provides transparent water reports
•Bring water with you in refillable containers (glass or stainless steel)
•Avoid plastic (including bottles, refillable jugs, and pitchers like Brita/similar brands)
•Stay hydrated
