MD Today Urgent Care provides Fast, Affordable, Quality Care to individuals and families located in San Diego County.

MD Today Urgent Care is a walk-in urgent care with two convenient locations in Scripps Ranch and Carmel Valley. MD Today is open daily and staffed with only the most experienced and caring Physicians, PAs and NPs. All PPO, Medicare, Medi-Cal and Tricare insurance plans are accepted and we do accept some HMO plans. We also offer special rates for uninsured patients. Walk-in without an appointment at MD Today, where we are dedicated to providing fast, affordable, high quality care to you.
