The TruSelf Sporting Club is a full-service, 7,000 square foot facility dedicated to making an exceptional exercise experience for our members. Our amenities include personal training, the newest pieces of exercise equipment, fun group exercise classes, and a clean, friendly, welcoming

center for you to exercise in. Your membership gets you access to our full cardio line, a dedicated strength training room, kettlebells, TRXs, and a functional training area that is ready to challenge even the experienced exerciser! Our group classes have lots of variety, and our instructors are trained to make sure that every body gets a great workout. No matter what your skill level or abilities are, our pledge is to be sure our fitness facility satisfies your every need.
