💔What would you do if you were alone and had a heart attack?💔
Please take a 2 minute break and read this:
Let's pretend you're minding your own business and all of a sudden you have chest pains. They are starting to radiate in your arm and jaw and it feels like you’re being stabbed in the chest and heart.
Maybe you've taken CPR training, but the person running the course hasn't told you how to help yourself. How do you survive? A person who is feeling weak and whose heart is beating hard has only about 10 SECONDS before losing consciousness.
You can help yourself by coughing repeatedly and very strongly; taking deep breaths before every cough. Coughing should be repeated every second until you arrive at a hospital, help arrives, or until your heart starts to beat normally.
PLEASE NOTE: women have additional and different symptoms. Women rarely have crushing chest pain or pain in the arms. We often have indigestion and tightness across the back at the bra line plus sudden fatigue.
