What an incredible experience filled with learning, hard work, and a lot of fun! I’m so honored to be surrounded by these amazing women and inspiring movers who motivated me all weekend.

This isn’t goodbye—just until we see each other again.

We’ll take the last 10 minutes discussing, observing, problem solving, and practicing our apparatus of the month…The Chairs!

Joe’s method has given us many ways to work on connecting to our upper back and getting the backbend in the right spot. It feels sooo good when done right!

LOVE this series for my back. I get the support from the spine corrector while strengthening and lengthening!

The Arm Series on the .bb spine corrector feels so amazing and helps with posture! Shown in double time, but should be done slowly with your breath to squeeze the juice out of each repetition.

The Pilates mat work is a brilliant series of exercises Joe Pilates created. I love how strong and energized I feel afterward - the stretch, strength, and control it gives you are hard to beat. Go get your daily dose of the mat, too. 💫
