Healing from relationship harm can feel really lonely.
Many people who have experienced intimate partner violence (IPV), domestic violence (DV), emotional abuse, or coercive control find themselves feeling disconnected, second-guessing their experiences, or unsure where they belong after what they’ve been through.
If that resonates, you’re not alone in this experience ❤️
Our Safe Harbor Support Group is meant to offer something different: a space grounded in connection, compassion, and being understood without having to over-explain.
This group is for anyone who has felt:
• Alone in their experience
• Emotionally worn down or confused in a relationship
• Disconnected from themselves or others
• Like they need a space where they can just be met with understanding
This group will be facilitated by our amazing trauma-informed psychologist, Alexa Methratta, Psy.D., who specializes in abusive relationships.
Alexa brings deep expertise in understanding patterns like emotional abuse, coercive control, and trauma, and is trained to support survivors with compassion, safety, and evidence-based care.
✨ Healing happens in connection
✨ Your experiences deserve compassion
✨ You don’t have to do this alone
