Celebrating / by reflecting on the families I've had the honor to support over the years as an & manifesting more accessible support for all.

Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique way of viewing and supporting lactation in terms of helping free the flow of qi as well as nourishing blood and therefore milk supply.

As an acupuncturist specializing in pregnancy and postpartum with over 15 years of experience supporting lactation as a Lactation Educator and IBCLC (international board certified lactation consultant) both prenatal education as well as hands on clinical experience, I am uniquely positioned to provide holistic lactation support.

Home visits in the early postpartum time are key to identify issues and make corrections. We also provide virtual infant feeding consultations.

Are you pregnant, might get pregnant, might be pregnant, are motherly and love to step in when friends and family are pregnant, know someone pregnant, know someone who might get pregnant…having a hard time getting pregnant, have lost in pregnancy, just want to be helpful when someone is pregnant?

We will talk ALL things about mama's bodies and little bitty babies (including the tough stuff).

NOTE: Even if pregnancy is not part of your life story (like me!), the information and expertise that I will be sharing with us about acupuncture, women's health, and wellness is critical knowledge we should all be so lucky to learn.

I will guide a discussion on women's health and wellness, the surprising benefits of acupuncture as part of a woman's wellness programming, and how acupuncture can be part of the pre-conception to post-birth journey. We will talk about how it really does "take a village" and how we can build support, care, and intimacy into our relationships through education, knowledge-sharing, and love.

We share strategies, skills, and resources to help you advance your career, create more joy in your daily life, and connect with other women in our common desire for meaningful, spiritual, and intellectual conversation.
